Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 360installsolution.ca website, our online quote tools, the AI Estimator and related communications. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. Website scope
The website provides general information, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical service information, preliminary system guidance, quote-request tools, AI-assisted intake and appointment and communication functions.
3. AI Estimator and automated information
AI-generated guidance available on the website is preliminary and educational. It is not a final engineering, electrical, gas, plumbing, structural or code assessment and does not replace an on-site inspection by a qualified professional.
AI output does not create a binding quote or service contract. Final equipment selection, system sizing, installation requirements and pricing require review and confirmation by our team.
4. Quotes, estimates and starting prices
Online prices, advertised starting prices and AI-generated ranges are preliminary and non-binding. Final prices may depend on site conditions, access, equipment availability, electrical capacity, ductwork, venting, drainage, permits, disposal, hazardous materials, code requirements, taxes and requested upgrades.
A binding scope and price arise only from our formal written quote, accepted agreement or signed contract. Errors or omissions in website pricing may be corrected without notice.
5. On-site assessment
We may require an on-site inspection or additional information before confirming scope, equipment or pricing.
6. Equipment and availability
Product brands, models, specifications, availability, lead times and promotional pricing may change. Equivalent equipment will not be substituted without your approval where approval is required by the applicable quote or agreement.
7. Rebates, incentives and financing
Government, utility and manufacturer rebates are administered by third parties. Eligibility, funding, amounts, equipment requirements, pre-registration requirements and deadlines may change.
360 Install Solution Inc. may assist with information or documentation but cannot guarantee approval, payment or continued availability. Official program rules control where website information differs.
Financing approval and terms are controlled by the applicable financing provider. Any rebate or financing statements on the website are not a guarantee.
8. Customer submissions and uploaded files
You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos, documents, floor plans and information you submit, and that you grant 360 Install Solution Inc. permission to use that material only as reasonably required to review your request, prepare your quote and provide related services.
You must not upload unlawful, malicious or unrelated material. Customer project photos will not be used publicly for advertising without appropriate permission.
9. Customer communications
Service-related calls, emails and messages may be sent in response to your request, quotation, appointment or ongoing project. Promotional communications are separate and subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
10. Appointments, access and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property and system information, ensuring lawful access to the property, obtaining strata, landlord or property-owner approval where required, disclosing known hazards or access restrictions, and ensuring an authorized adult is available where necessary.
11. Payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds
Specific deposits, progress payments, balance payments, cancellation terms and refund conditions are governed by the applicable written quote, invoice, signed contract or payment agreement. The signed project documents take precedence over these general website Terms if there is a conflict.
12. Permits, inspections and code requirements
Permits, inspections and regulatory requirements depend on the specific work and jurisdiction and will be handled according to the applicable written scope of work.
13. Emergencies
The website forms and the AI Estimator are not emergency reporting channels. Please do not rely on the website for gas leaks, fire, carbon monoxide alarms, electrical hazards or life-safety emergencies. In the event of an immediate threat, contact 911 and the appropriate emergency or utility service.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Scrape or misuse forms
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the operation of the website
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
15. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, forms, software and other original content are owned by 360 Install Solution Inc. or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute material without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a service request.
16. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to rebate programs, manufacturers, financing providers, review platforms and government websites for convenience. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
17. Website availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend or change website content and features from time to time without notice.
18. Disclaimer
Website information is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that every page will always be error-free or continuously available. Nothing on the website replaces the terms of a signed quote or contract, or the judgment of a qualified professional on site.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360 Install Solution Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Governing law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
21. Conflict with a signed agreement
If these general website Terms conflict with a signed quote, service agreement, invoice agreement or other written project contract, the signed project document controls for that project.
22. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above.
